HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To purchase an artwork at Sleek-Art you have to sign up at our Website. Once you have registered you can submit your order. If you need any help, we can also process your order individually. Just write us an email to info@sleek-art.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?

After you placed an order at Sleek-Art you will receive an order confirmation via email. We then prepare everthing regarding the tansportation of the artwork and as soon as the payment is received we will sent the artwork with DHL Express to your shipping address. You’ll receive a tracking number from us with a despatch confirmation.

WILL THE ARTWORK BE FRAMED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?

Almost all of the work available on Sleek-Art is unframed. If a piece of art is framed, it will say so in the description next to the price.

WHAT IS A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY?

The Certificate of Authenticity contains details about the work, including the artist’s or gallery owner’s signature that verifies the authenticity of your purchase. Every piece of work sold through Sleek-Art is mailed with a Certificate of Authenticity.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept Paypal and payments via an invoice. Please note that you will be responsible for duties, tariffs, and taxes charged by your country.

WILL I BE CHARGED TAX?

The sales tax charged will change depending on what country the order is shipped to. You will be able to view the added sales tax before you confirm your order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING THE ART

We aim to ship all orders within 10 days of receiving payment. We use DHL Express for shipping your artwork and the price is calculated based on the total order weight and your location.

We can ship your art to nearly any location worldwide.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ART PIECE IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

In the very rare case of damage, Sleek works directly with the shipping carrier DHL Express and Fine Arts to file a claim. You must email info@seekart.com within 10-days of receiving the item with photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging in order process a refund and file a claim.

WHAT IS SLEEK-ART’S RETURN POLICY?

From the time you receive your purchase, you have 14 days to return it. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. Sleek-Art cannot reimburse you for any return shipping costs. Art (including photographs and prints) that is returned wrinkled, dented, or smudged due to mishandling will not be refunded.

HOW DO I RETURN A PIECE OF ART? 


If it is shipped back within the 14-day period, Sleek-Art will provide a refund. All returns require a Return Authorization form. Please email info@sleek-art.com to obtain an RA form. You will receive a response within 48 hours. We recommend that you save its original packaging so that in case of a return you can repack it in its original box. Thank you!
